Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to BGcustom store.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to BGcustom store, accessible from https://bgcustom.store

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so, subject to the exceptions listed in the “Non-Returnable Goods” section below.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email: [email protected]

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a standard return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days.

  • The Goods are in the original packaging.

  • Crucial Auto-Parts Policy: The Goods must be completely unused and uninstalled. Any items that have been mounted, installed, altered, or damaged during an attempted installation by the user or a third party are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Goods

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the return conditions in our sole discretion. The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Custom & Made-to-Order Items: The supply of Goods made to Your specifications, custom-painted, or clearly personalized. Due to the bespoke nature of our custom carbon mirror caps and painted parts, all sales on customized items are final unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect upon delivery.

  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

Product Categories, Fitment, and Tolerances

We offer our customers a choice between Original (A-Category/OEM) parts and Aftermarket (B-Category) alternatives. Please carefully read the differences regarding fitment expectations:

  • Original (A-Category) Parts: These are factory-original components guaranteeing perfect OEM fitment and finish.

  • Aftermarket (B-Category) Parts: These are high-quality alternatives offered at a more accessible price point. Due to the nature of aftermarket manufacturing, these parts may not offer the exact 1-to-1 perfect fitment of original factory parts. Minor adjustments, slight panel gaps, or minor modifications may be required during the installation process.

Fitment Disclaimer for B-Category Parts: By selecting and purchasing a B-Category / Aftermarket product, you acknowledge and accept that minor fitment variances are normal and expected. Slight alignment issues, small gaps, or the need for minor adjustments on B-Category parts do not constitute a “manufacturing defect.” Therefore, claims for free returns, refunds, or warranty replacements based solely on “imperfect fitment” of aftermarket (B-Category) parts will not be accepted. We highly recommend that all custom and aftermarket parts be installed by a professional auto body shop experienced with aftermarket components.

Warranty and Defect Claims

We stand behind the quality of our real carbon and custom-painted products. Under EU Directive (EU) 2019/771, the legal guarantee covers conformity defects that were present at the time of delivery. If you believe you have received a defective item, you must report it to us upon receipt with clear photographic evidence.

What is NOT covered under warranty:

  • Damage caused by improper handling, negligence, or dropping the item.

  • Degradation of the clear coat, carbon fiber, or paint caused by post-delivery environmental exposure, extreme weather conditions, or leaving the package outdoors prior to installation.

  • Damage caused by harsh chemicals, acidic/caustic car wash soaps, or abrasive cleaning tools.

  • Damage or defects resulting from improper, non-professional installation.

After the initial period stipulated by EU law (1 year from delivery in most jurisdictions), the burden of proof falls strictly on the consumer to demonstrate that a reported defect is a manufacturing error that existed at the time of delivery, and was not caused by external factors, improper storage, or regular wear and tear.

Returning Goods (RMA Procedure)

Please do not send any items back to us without contacting us first. You must email [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) approval. Returns sent back without prior written approval will be refused and returned to the sender.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
